Termite Treatments

Shield your home from Termites with Inspections, Treatments and Bonds!

Sentricon Termite Bait Stations

Typically in central Florida we deal with 2-3 types of termites. Subterranean, Drywood, and in some cases Formosan. Your professional pest company should understand each type of termite and offer solutions on how to prevent them or treat for each of them, if necessary.

We offer the Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System, one-time termite treatments, termite bonds that protect your home years after an initial treatment, and repair bonds that cover future damage, if any!

Termite/WDO Inspection – Wood Destroying Organism

Every home in Florida should be inspected yearly for termites. We can check for termites whether you are just purchasing a home, refinancing under a VA loan which requires a WDO inspection, or even after you have owned the home. It is vital to get a termite inspection in order to look for the signs of  possible hidden damage.

Should a termite inspection be free? We charge for our inspections and here’s why.

We also have the ability to treat with the top of the line chemical called Termidor.  Termidor® termiticide is a professional termite defense product effective on native subterranean termites, Formosan termites, and drywood termites. It utilizes an advanced nonrepellent, or “undetectable,” liquid technology that termites cannot see, smell, taste, or avoid. Instead, they contact, ingest, and share Termidor, completely unaware that doing so will inevitably kill them.  Termidor requires us to  trench and treat around your home to create an invisible barrier to termites. Termidor kills termites on contact, but also spreads like a virus throughout the termite colony.

Termite Bonds

In Florida, your home needs a yearly inspection even with the Sentricon System with Always Active technology, Recruit® HD termite bait.  Chemical treatments are usually updated every 5-7 years for termites (depending on the treatment type). Our termite bond includes an initial treatment and yearly termite inspections which are included. If termites are found during this time, we will treat the home for free!  We also offer repair bonds with termite treatments for even more piece of mind.
