This is a great time to catch any items that may need to be repaired to prevent future water intrusion, electrical, plumbing or even roof structure issues.
3. Final Walkthrough
Much like our detailed home inspections. This inspection includes all of the major components as well as cosmetic issues. Many clients prefer to share this report with their superintendents or builders so they have a guide on what to fix/repair before occupancy.
