Meet The Team

A dedicated, hands-on professional and co-owner of the multi-inspector firm Honor Services with his wife Michelle. His brother and son both work with them also. John has been working persistently in the inspection industry since 2007. He is a Florida-licensed home inspector, an actively licensed Certified Residential Contractor, a licensed mold assessor, and a Florida Certified Pest Control Operator. His first-hand knowledge of the inspection industry is incomparable – as is the information he regularly shares with inspectors and business owners, including at the national events where he speaks.

Starting his career as a handyman working he was the superintendent of construction for a small custom builder and obtaining his residential contractor’s license. He later became the qualifier for the company and worked supervising the construction of homes, land development, and commercial projects. He is now a Master Professional Inspector and on the board of directors for the Florida Association of Building inspectors.

Jeff Williams has been with the Honor team for over five years. He came to us with over 10 years of customer service experience. He cares deeply about making sure our clients understand the results of their home inspections. As one of the first inspectors at Honor to offer Sewer Scope inspections, he has been a true leader for our team. Jeff is constantly working to learn a new service or technique and is a real asset when it comes to training new potential lead inspectors.

When Jeff is not helping future homeowners he enjoys spending time with his wife Amber and amazing children around the pool or watching their sporting activities. We are lucky to have Jeff as part of our Honor Family!

“JP” has been with Honor Services for over four years. Before his career as an inspector, he remodeled homes which have contributed to his extensive construction knowledge. Part of what makes JP a great inspector is his great attention to detail and even though his background is construction, JP is able to clearly communicate the results of your inspection in an easy-to-understand manner. Like the rest of our team, JP is also continually striving to learn new skills and techniques to help our clients the most!

When JP is not inspecting, he is spending time with his wonderful wife Ashley and super cool twins! JP is one of the backbones of our business and we couldn’t be happier!

Ally has been with Honor Services for over 2 years! Before Honor Ally worked in the restaurant industry. We LOVE team members from the restaurant industry because they understand what good service really is and are passionate about making people happy! When Ally started with Honor she rode along with inspectors to learn all about the inspection process so she could expertly answer all your questions about our services. Whether you communicate with Honor via email, phone, or even text she can quickly handle the request and help with any information you might need.

When Ally is not working, she enjoys spending time with her main squeeze Brian and their curious and energetic three-year-old son. We are super lucky to have found Ally, she is part of what makes Honor rock and totally exemplifies the #HonorWay.

Michael is one of our most long-term employees. He started with us back in 2012. At that time, Michael was a key member of our team completing many wind mitigation inspections and working with John when needed on home inspections. After a short hiatus, we are happy to have him back where he belongs with his Honor family. Now more than ever, Michael has been a tremendous asset to our team willing to go above and beyond for our clients every day. His experience from his early Honor days and his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done make him a tremendous asset to Honor Services.

Brian is a long time veteran of Honor Services. He has been with us over eight years however, Brian did not start his career at Honor. He started in 1988 with Al Hoffer performing termite and home inspections. In 1994 Brian and his wife Terry started Hoagland’s Inspect Right. One of Brevard’s first home inspection companies. After many years of successful business and a health scare, Brian made the decision to join our team.

He is extremely knowledgeable and cares deeply about our community and helping our clients. Many of you may know Brian from your insurance inspections as he performs almost all of our stand-alone insurance inspections.

When Brian isn’t inspecting, you will find him fishing. He is our resident curator of fish dinners for the team. Also, another fun fact about Brian is he used to jump out of perfectly good airplanes for fun and was once featured in the magazine Life for his skydiving hobby.

With over 25 years in the inspection industry Honor is super lucky to have someone with such vast experience as part of our inspector family. Help us show him some love next time you see him!

Terry has been part of the Honor Services family since early 2016. Many of you have spoken to her as one of our helpful office team members when you call the office to schedule an inspection. Before Honor Services Terry and her husband owned a successful home inspection company of their own here in Melbourne for years and prior to that, Terry ran an office for a pest control company!

Terry’s biggest asset is her experience with permitting research. She is a pro at locating permit information and when necessary, researching in detail all additional documents that could be available for windows, shutters or any other feature of a home.

Terry’s lifetime of experiences in the home inspection and pest control industries make her a true value to Honor and our clients. We are certainly counting our blessings with her as part of our Honor family.

Jacob Morehouse is a Certified Pest Control Operator for General Household Pests and Wood Destroying Organisms. His knowledge and passion for the industry is extremely valuable to Honor Services clients and many others who have sought him out for his professional expertise.
