Great service thank you

Mike and his team went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated their scrupulous and exacting conduct during the inspection. I made an offer on a supposedly “fully renovated, all work complete with full building permits” 1954 home on South Park Avenue, but wanted to be sure I wasn’t spending $374,900 on a house that just looked good on the surface—what my grandpa would call “lipstick on a pig.” Since I work hard for my money, I’m very careful about how I spend it. Every member of the team was diligent and efficient. Despite a delay with starting the interior inspection (which wasn’t their fault), they expertly examined the 1,745 sq ft house and detached four-car garage in about an hour or less. I’m sincerely grateful for their thorough and precise approach. Their final report—63 pages long—included detailed comments and clear, colorful photos for every issue found, whether major or minor. Thanks to them, I avoided at least $20,000 in financial troubles after they discovered a serious problem: termites hidden on a roof truss beneath black paint from the renovation. Not clear from web site whether 4point inspection was part of home inspection or not
Ideally this should be be included in the comprehensive home inspection and give the buyer a small break
