The Different Phases for Our New Construction Inspection Melbourne, FL Services

1. Pre-Pour

A visual inspection of the foam boards, drainage and visqueen (water barrier) before the concrete slab is poured.

2. Pre-Drywall

a/k/a Rough Dry-In Inspection

A visual inspection of the electrical wiring, rough plumbing, framing, roof structure and attachments all before these items are covered up with drywall and can no longer be seen! This is a great time to catch any items that may need to be repaired to prevent future water intrusion, electrical, plumbing or even roof structure issues.

3. Final Walkthrough

Much like our detailed home inspections. This inspection includes all of the major components as well as cosmetic issues. Many clients prefer to share this report with their superintendents or builders so they have a guide on what to fix/repair before occupancy.
