This form is in Adobe pdf written in Adobe Designer. It is an all-in-one form, 1802, four-point, roof cert, and WDO. Only those that are Pest Control Operators my have the WDO form, it will be verified. They contain advanced scripts that may not work with other software. They are designed for Adobe and use all of the advantages of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader(user rights have been extended). The features on these forms make them faster to finish and report inspections in Florida. They are easy to save and update at a later date as needed. They require use of a gif file for your initials and for your signature. If you decide to add your this information later you would need to print to pdf, add your signature as a pdf and print again. This will remove all other fields. By purchasing you agree that you understand the use of these forms, their advanced nature and there limitations. You must fill-out and return the request form to have it populated for you. This form is good for one inspector. A couple of things to note: These forms have JAVA and XML programming in them which limits the ability to use Adobe Commenting (draw signatures) unless the form is “flattened” first. You would need to print to PDF and then add the signature (draw comment). I have left image holders for the inspector’s signature and initials, this is best done with a gif file with transparent background. The real advantage to this form is the ability to adjust it on the fly, duplicate sections and image fields as needed. Saving the form before printing it to PDF leaves you with a copy you can edit if need be, like when doing re-inspections.
